Customer service is very poor. They charged me for 2 squishables and mailed me 2, even though I only ordered 1. When I explained the situation, they basically said I must have ordered 2, there's no way they made an error on their part, and I am responsible for the cost of shipping 1 of them back to them if I want a refund. When I expressed my disappointment in that, all they said was "I'm sorry you feel that way". Very frustrating that I had to pay for their error.
My package was never delivered. Reach out to Fed ex, who said I needed to reach out to Squishables to file a claim. I've sent two emails over the last week and have not heard back. But seeing the other review below about package delivery I'm wondering if the same issue happened and it was delivered to the wrong address. At this point I just want to be reimbursed. Im guessing this is the unorganized problem everyone else has had as well.

Guys, I want to tell a funny story about Squishable.com. This is not only a funny story, but also a story about greed and envy.
I had a store on Etsy (or rather there were 3 of them) and I was selling a toy doctor plague.
Once upin time I received a copyright infringement complaint. The listing was removed. But at that time, I did not know that someone was complaining about me because I had not seen the email of etsy.
The fact is that this toy is made in China and a lot of sellers sell them. So I knew this design does not belong to anyone.
But apparently Squishable.com became jealous that I sell this toy. In short, my store was deleted.
Ok, I had two more operating stores. This toy was listed also there. I received a message from an anonymous account, her name was Zoe and she told me to remove the listing. And she gave the intellectual property license number. I knew that this design did not belong to Squishable.com, nevertheless I checked the license number and of course it was fake.
My listing was deleted, I was outraged and wrote to Etsy that the complaint was fake and the license number was not valid.
My store was restored but then suspend again.
Ok, I have one more last store, I put that toy up for sale again. And again that person writes to me, but under a different name. I write give the license number, he gives and these are already other numbers. Haha!
Can you imagine? That is, at first time they gave me other numbers, now totally different, how can the license number of one toy have 2 numbers? Ok, I check this license number and that I see it is not valid, that is, it is a fake number written randomly. My listing is being deleted again. Can you imagine? That is, my listing is being deleted, Etsy did not check if the complaint is legitimate and whether the license numbers really exist and are they really license numbers of the toy?
There is no limit to my anger. I am writing an angry letter to the Etsy why they are deleting the listing due to fake complaints.
Do you know what happened next? Believe it or not, my stores have been completely deleted!
Do you guys understand? My stores were deleted due to fake complaints with fake license numbers from anonymous people !!
That is, this person from the site Squishable.com could easily with fake license numbers destroy the person's business! Out of envy and jealousy, they destroyed my stores.
I have never seen such negligence in my life.
Well, I found this Squishable on Amazon, on Amazon, dozens of sellers sell doctor plague, if it really was a licensed product, then Amazon would have deleted all listings from other sellers long ago.
I decided to do with them just like they did to me.
I think these people from Squishable.com need to pay attention to their customers and not look for competitors whose sales are better than theirs and not envy.
By the way, all of their products is from China! They order goods from Alibaba and resell in the USA.
The scheme is as follows: you create a website, make a logo and come up with a brand name, order goods on an alibaba with your logo and sell and tell everyone that these are your designs and only you have the right to sell them.
Guys don't buy from them. You shouldn't buy goods from people with a bad aura, and envy and greed are bad energy!
I ordered the Carrot Comfort Food there and didnt check here first. It told me 15-20 business days shipping. The tracking code never existed. On the post web page it always sad its not found. But in the end after a month the carrot arrived perfectly fine. All in all I am satisfied with my experience. But I paid 60$ for something made in China and wouldn't buy there again. Rather support small business
This group is barely a business. I placed my order 15 days ago. 2 days after the order, I got an email saying to expect a 3-5 day delay. Its been 2 weeks since then. I've reached out multiple times and heard nothing back. Not worth it. Very bad experience.
Was told my order was shipped 8 days ago but my tracking isn’t working. I’ve emailed four times, messaged on Facebook and commented on a post about it with nothing back. If I ever get my plague doctor I won’t be getting the nurse. Which is saddening because I was very interested in getting her too but seeing as this is how they treat their customers. I’m pressed.
Shipping was extremely slow (ordered November 2 and got it yesterday January 14), tracking was basically non-existent. The first time I ordered said plush it didn't go through yet I got an email for a receipt confirming it.
Prices are meh. Also why can't you leave a review on the website??
I ordered a Christmas tree pre-order and my card didn't go through so they asked me to update my card info so they can re-run the charge. I updated that next day. I wait about a week with no word from them and my card not recharged, so I shoot them an email. They didn't answer for 5 whole days and ended up telling me they were "sold out" of the PRE-ORDER and were sorry and could only offer a crap 25% off coupon. How do you "sell out" of a pre-order?? Promptly deleted my account and will never be purchasing from them again. Important to note this was only my 2nd order from them, so clearly they have very low standards for their company and customer service.

I ordered a birthday gift from Squishable almost 2 weeks ago and the order still hasn’t shipped. I emailed customer service last week to ask where it is and nobody bothered to write back, despite the website stating that someone will reply within 2-3 business days. There’s no number to call! Now the birthday has gone by and still no sign of the package. My order was in stock and to be shipped from a US warehouse why does it take so long? I’ve been charged for the order 2 weeks ago and they have my money! I’m ready to talk to the CC company to declare fraud at this point if I don’t see the package within a week or the Company reply with an explanation. Never again!!
I preordered the Plague Doctor plushie. The plushie was soft, the size I expected, arrived within the shipping estimate and glowed in the dark. I like they have pictures on the website of someone holding the plushie so you have an idea what size it is. Good price for good value.
They always have sales. Between me and my daughter we have 33 squishables and didn’t pay full price for any of them.
They are all so cute and so soft to cuddle. They have such great original designs that are so creative and cool.
I’ve only ever had one issue, we ordered a bunch on the squish a versary sale. They all came quickly and were epic in softness and adorableness. One came smelling weird so I emailed customer service. They asked me to send it back and asked if I wanted a new one or to have the money credited back. I asked for the refund and they processed it quickly
Their designs are amazing. The squish are super soft and snuggly. They have some kind of sale almost every day. Can not recommend them enough.
My package was never delivered. Reached out to Fed ex, who said I needed to reach out to Squishables to file a claim. I've sent three customer service inquiries and an email over the last week but still have not heard back.
I more than likely won't order from here again even if they do have really cute stuff.
